My lifetime friend Bob 2006

My lifelong friend Bob, visited us from Knoxville for a day or so and I wound up taking some portraits with my Canon Powershot Pro1. I liked this particular one and have a Salon copy hung on the wall by my computer. Bob passed away at the and of 2008. I will miss him.

Just a change of scenery

This Fungus was growing under our tree and I thought it was interesting. Taken with a Canon Powershot Pro1 using the macro setting. Exposure was 1/2 sec. at F/8 using a tripod.

A sweet little girl 2008

This young girl was  at Violetta's birthday party, no relative.  I liked what I saw and snapped the picture. Look at them long eyelashes. Taken with a Canon Powershot Pro1 at 1/60sec at F/3.5.

Our granddaughter Terra and great grandaughter Violeta

This picture was taken at a birthday party. The photo was worked over in Photoshop using Gaussian blur to bring out the subject more. Taken with a Canon Powershot Pro1 at F/2.8 - 1/60 sec.- ISO 100, using natural light.

Matt and Kendall

Just playing around in Adobe Photoshop. My image was taken with a Canon G1.

Pety on the chair

This was my friend Jim's cat, Pety. Pety was always sleeping. I shot the moment before one of his cat naps. Taken with a Canon G1.

Our Siamese cat, Sasha.

Our cat loved to sit on our kitchen window sill amongst the flowers. She lived to the ripe old age of almost 17.

Taken with a Nikon F2S - 50mm Nikor F/1.4 lens.
Film: Kodacolor II.

My son Mark on leave in the mid 70s

Mark decided to join the Navy and see the world and he did see some of it. It was nice to see him before he went sailing.

Taken with my Nikon F2S with a Nikor 50mm F/1.4 lens and kodacolor print film.

Granddaughter Terra

We had a hard time finding a Cabbage Patch doll for Terra but thanks to my wife Ellie, she purchased one from a acquaintance at a hospital. Terra was happy. Taken with a Nikon F2S.
