Some of the flowers from our back yard
Last year was a pretty good year for flowers. Another pleasure of God's creation that we can enjoy. Most were taken with a Canon XSi with a Canon 70-300mm IS USM zoom lens.
Opening of the garage door 2001
One morning opening our garage door I noticed the beautiful haze in the sky. I had to go in and grab my Canon G1 to take this shot. This camera is only a 3 megapixel but takes great pictures blown up to 8 1/2 x 11. My first Digital camera.
A visit From Violeta 2008
We were sitting for our great grand-daughter Violeta while her mother was at the hospital having a baby boy. We had lots of fun and Violeta is sure a ham when it comes to picture posing. She's such a delight. Taken with a Rebel XSi at 1/20-F/4: ISO1600.
